Kamen Rider Gotchard Alchemist Academy Official Cosplay Outfit Parts Released

Premium Bandai released the Alchemist Academy civilian uniform outfits from the latest Kamen Rider series, Kamen Rider Gotchard.

“As from the One are all things born.” 

The Alchemist Academy is a facility specializing in the development of alchemy to combat the Malgam. It is hidden directly underneath Furasu High School. To be officially recognized as an Alchemist, the candidate must succeed in a test by the current instructor, however it doesn’t mean the candidate cannot use unconditional means / technicality to pass the said test. While most of the uniform has sold out already, Premium Bandai still has parts available including the Sensei Academy cloak, Supana’s jacket, Academy t-shirts, and Alchemy rings.

The first item is the Kamen Rider Gotchard Minato Sensei Cloak (with Alchemy Academy Badge). This piece is Minato-sensei’s cloak from the Kamen Rider Gotchard TV series. Minato-sensei is a teacher at Furasu High School and the Alchemist Academy. In his guise as Furasu High School’s History Teacher, Minato presents himself as a laid-back and somehow unserious teacher to his students. However, as the current instructor of Alchemy Academy, Minato is a stern and no nonsense teacher who highly upholds the rules of the Academy.

The jet black cloak has an asymmetrical design, and the breastplate is made of synthetic leather. When it flaps in the wind, the royal blue lining stands out. This piece comes with an Alchemy Academy badge. The cloak has an outer material made of 100% polyester and the synthetic leather lining is made of 100% polyester. The badge is alloy plated and painted brass plating. The size of the cloak back length measures approx. 112 cm, left front length measures approx. 90 cm, and right front length measures approx. 51 cm. The badge measures H approx. 32 mm x W approx. 60 mm.

The next item is the Kamen Rider Gotchard Fuga Kudo Cloak. This piece is Fuga Kudo’s cloak from the Kamen Rider Gotchard TV series. Fuga Kudo is an alchemist and the father of Rinne Kudo.

It features a long cloak with luxurious black and gold blades. It has an asymmetrical design, and the breastplate is made of synthetic leather. When it flaps in the wind, the royal blue lining stands out. The cloak has an outer material made of 100% polyester and the synthetic leather lining is made of 100% polyester. The cloak has a back length that measures approx. 130 cm, left front length that measures approx. 120 cm, and a right front length that measures approx. 81 cm. The Kamen Rider Gotchard Fuga Kudo Cloak from Kamen Rider Gotchard goes for 44,000 Yen (tax included). It is scheduled for shipment this month, January 2024.

Coming up, we have the Kamen Rider Gotchard Alchemy Academy T-Shirt (Houtarou Ichinose/Rinne Kudo version). This is the Alchemy Academy T-Shirt worn by Houtarou Ichinose/Kamen Rider Gotchard and Rinne Kudo/Kamen Rider Majade. This version contains light blue stitching. The shirt is made of 100% polyester and comes in Japanese sizes:

Following, we have the Kamen Rider Gotchard Supana Kurogane Rider’s Jacket. Supana Kurogane is an alchemist who transforms into Valvarad and later Kamen Rider Valvarad. Supana is a cool and aloof elite who believes that Chemies are nothing more than tools created by human beings and unlike other students of Alchemist Academy, has no interest in collecting them.

This jacket serves as Supana Kurogane’s main outfit piece. It is a synthetic leather rider’s jacket featuring a switching design of black and purple. The Alchemy Academy mark is embossed on the back. There are pockets on the sides. The jacket is made of synthetic leather/polyester and comes in Japanese sizes:

M: Length (CB) = 62.5 cm, shoulder width = 43 cm, bust = 102.3 cm, waist = 94 cm, hem circumference = 95 cm, and sleeve length = 68.5 cm

L: Length (CB) = 64 cm, shoulder width = 44.5 cm, bust = 108.3 cm, waist = 100 cm, hem circumference = 101 cm, and sleeve length = 69 cm

The Kamen Rider Gotchard Supana Kurogane Rider’s Jacket from Kamen Rider Gotchard goes for 44,000 Yen (tax included) and is available now.

To match with the Rider’s jacket, we also have the Kamen Rider Gotchard Supana Kurogane Tie (Light Purple). The Supana Kurogane tie is a replica of the purple tie he wears in the TV series. At the bottom, there is a one-point Alchemy Academy mark. The tie is made of warp silk and weft polyester. The large sword width of the tie measures a width of 6.5 cm x length of 144 cm. The Kamen Rider Gotchard Supana Kurogane Tie (Light Purple) from Kamen Rider Gotchard goes for 3,960 Yen (tax included) and is available now.

Lastly, there’s the Kamen Rider Gotchard Alchemist Ring (Orange). This is the Alchemist Ring worn by Rinne Kudo. It is available in two different finishes: SILVER925 and Brass.

The SILVER925 ring is made of silver925 material with a solid feel as well as polyester resin. The silver is smoked and the grooves of the mark are blackened and shaded to create a three-dimensional effect. The brass ring is made of brass plating and painted polyester resin. The orange arrow in the middle is made of resin and is three-dimensional. Both rings have a one-size-fits-all shape with an interrupted back that allows you to change the size slightly by applying pressure. You can change the finger you wear the ring on depending on your mood that day.

Caution: There is a limit to how wide it can be expanded, and if you force it to expand too much, the shape of the ring will be distorted and the design will collapse. Please be careful as the arrow part (resin) may peel off if you spread it out too much. As a guide, up to +-2. Also, please note that if you repeatedly adjust the size, the ring may be damaged due to metal fatigue. There is still a range of adjustment width. This product is carefully finished one by one by Japanese craftsmen. As silver is used for many years, it develops a tasteful texture and a unique depth. Dark spots are also considered part of the design, so you can enjoy the changes over time and use it for awhile. The ring can be adjusted to sizes No. 10, No. 12, No. 14, No. 16, No. 18, No. 20, No. 22, No. 24, and No. 26.

The Kamen Rider Gotchard Alchemist SILVER925 Ring (Orange) will go for 18,700 Yen (tax included) while the Kamen Rider Gotchard Alchemist Brass Ring (Orange) will go for 12,100 Yen (tax included).
