Tamashii Nations revealed the newest addition to the Superalloy Chogokin figure series, the Superalloy Chogokin Uchu Keiji Gavan and Cyberian set from the first Metal Heroes series, Uchu Keiji Gavan.
From Uchu Keiji Gavan, which celebrated its 40th anniversary this year, the superalloy Chogokin Uchu Keiji Gavan appears with his beloved vehicle, Cyberian.
Gavan, who evaporates a silver combat suit, is replicated with this brave figure and a superalloy body with vapor deposition plating. Although it is a compact size with a total height of about 100 mm, the joints of the whole body are movable with the weight of the superalloy. Equipped with laser blades and laser Z beams, you can enjoy various action poses of Gavan. The sidecar-type machine Cyberian has a built-in voice IC, and the popular insert song “Chase! Gavan” plays. Uchuu Keiji Gavan is wrapped in a silver combat suit. Although it is compact with a total height of about 100 mm, the weight of the superalloy metallic body is attractive. It is a set item of Uchuu Keiji Gavan and his beloved Cyberian that can move the whole body.
Uchuu Keiji Gavan’s total height is about 100 mm and Cyberian’s total length is about 140 mm. The set is made of die-cast and ABS. The set includes the Uchuu Keiji Gavan figure, Cyberian, Replacement head, Laser blade (normal mode), Laser blade (activation mode), Laser blade (with special move effect), and Replacement wrists (left 2 types, right 3 types). Three LR44 batteries are included.
The Superalloy Chogokin figure series is a die-cast toy series that started with the blockbuster product “Chogokin Mazinger Z” released in 1974. In addition to replicating the appearance with composite materials including die-cast, it is equipped with gimmicks according to the character such as firing, coalescence, and deformation. The concept, design, and action of this toy pioneer series created a toy category called “Chogokin”.
The Superalloy Chogokin Uchu Keiji Gavan and Cyberian Set from Uchu Keiji Gavan will go for 16,500 Yen (tax included) and is scheduled for shipment in April 2023. Preorders are being accepted starting November 21, 2022, at 23:00 JST.
