Ohranger’s Masaru Shishido Leads New Vocal Group

Chouriki Sentai Ohranger actor Masaru Shishido is leading a new vocal group with former tokusatsu actors.

It has been announced that veteran tokusatsu actor Masaru Shishido is leading a brand new vocal group. Shishido, known to tokusatsu fans for his role as Goro Hoshini/OhRed in Chouriki Sentai Ohranger,  will be the lead vocalist of the new group “Shinsei Toshi Ito to Happy & Blue”.  Other veteran tokusatsu actors featured in this new group are Kei Shindachiya (Ken Hoshikawa/FiveBlue from Chikyu Sentai Fiveman), Keisuke Tsuchiya (Kazu Tenjisei/KirinRanger from Gosei Sentai Dairanger), and Keiichi Wada (Ryo/RyuuRanger from Gosei Sentai Dairanger).

The group’s music genre features mood-kayo style music, an old style of easy listening music in Japan. The group is set to perform early in 2022, and is currently planning a meet and greet with fans on March 27, 2022.
