January Ultraman Connection Live Presents Announced

The next Ultraman Connection Live has been announced, celebrating the Ultraman Official YouTube Channel reaching 2 million subscribers.

UPDATE: Following the postponement due to rising cases of COVID-19 in Tokyo Ultraman Connection Live Presents: ULTRAMAN OFFICIAL YouTube 2 Million Subscribers Celebration will take place this Friday, February 19th at 8pm EST. Following this rescheduling, Yuya Hirata and Ryosuke Koike making an appearance to attend the event via a pre-recorded appearance. As these two will not be at the event live they cannot answer any questions by fans directed to them. All other guests will still be appearing live at the event as planned.

Details for the next Ultraman Connection Live have been revealed, taking place at the end of January. This months Ultraman Connection Live will be a celebration for the Ultraman Official YouTube Channel’s historic landmark of reaching 2 million subscribers. Ultraman Connection Live Presents: ULTRAMAN OFFICIAL YouTube 2 Million Subscribers Celebration will have two parts to the event. The first half of the broadcast will take place on the Ultraman Official Youtube Channel, and the second half on Ultraman Connection.

Sean Nichols (Sean White/Ultraman Max) will once again return to host the event. Nine guests have already been announced to join him as a part of Ultraman Connection Live.

From Ultraman Trigger: New Generations Tiga Raiga Terasaka (Kengo Manaka), Runa Toyoda (Yuna Shizuma) and Shunya Kaneko/Akito Hijiri will join the festivities. Along with them, six New Generations Ultra series actors will join as guests:

• Kohshu Hirano (Haruki Natsukawa/Ultraman Z)
• Takuya Negishi (Hikaru Raido/Ultraman Ginga, Ultraman Ginga S)
• Kiyotaka Uji (Sho/Ultraman Ginga S)
• Yuya Hirata (Katsumi Minato/Ultraman R/B)
• Ryosuke Koike (Isami Minato/Ultraman R/B)
• Arisa Sonohara (Asahi Minato/Ultraman R/B)

The portion of the event taking place on the Ultraman Official YouTube Channel will stream for free on YouTube. This broadcast will be presented in both English and Japanese. This event will highlight the history of the Ultraman YouTube Channel, and showing how it built up its impressive following. During the event the New Generations Ultra series that developed while the channel grew will be highlighted.

After the livestream, the celebration continues on Ultraman Connection. A special talk show will take place with a live Q&A taking place. This event will take place as soon as the livestream on YouTube concludes exclusively on Ultraman Connection.

As tradition in Ultraman Connection Live, a Live Stage Show battle can be expected. This time around there will not only be one, but two stage show battles that will take place during the event so fans should watch the entire event to not miss out on any of the action. Ultraman Regulos, a new Ultra hero, is also rumored to make an appearance during this months Ultraman Connection Live.

Ultraman Connection Live will take place on January 29th, at 10:00am – 11:35am JST. This will be free to view on the Ultraman Official YouTube Channel. Following Ultraman Connection Live the talk show on Ultraman Connection will take place between 12:00pm-12:30pm JST. This will be free for Ultraman Connection members, which you can sign up for here.
