Free TSUBURAYA CONVENTION Livestream Event Announced

Tsuburaya has announced that a free online livestream event will be held on December 13, called TSUBURAYA CONVENTION 2021 SPECIAL PROGRAM.

On December 13, Tsuburaya will hold a free online livestream event called ‘TSUBURAYA CONVENTION 2021 SPECIAL PROGRAM’. The event will begin at 5:30 PM (Japan Standard Time).

Tsuburaya Convention, also known as TsubuCon for short, is a biennial  convention that celebrates Ultraman and the history of its parent company, Tsuburaya. The first event was held in 2019 and was held at Tokyo Dome City. The event is divided into four themes: Story, Greetings, Culture and Collections. The program included stage performances, concerts, talk shows, celebrations, and goods exhibitions.

This year the live in-person event has been postponed due to the current COVID-19 pandemic. Because of this, Tsuburaya will be holding the TSUBURAYA CONVENTION 2021 SPECIAL PROGRAM livestream event. The event will showcase a lineup of future works, as well as guest appearances.

The event will be available to watch on Ultraman Connection.
