Kikai Sentai Zenkaiger Spin-Off Releasing on DVD This Fall

Pre-orders are now available for the DVD release of the two-part Kikai Sentai Zenkaiger spin-off featuring Zenkai Red.

Last March, Japanese streaming service TELASA premiered a two-part Kikai Sentai Zenkaiger spin-off titled Kikai Sentai Zenkaiger Spin-Off Zenkai Red Great Introduction. These episodes feature a new Zenkaiger who proclaims himself the true leader of the team: Zenkai Red. The episodes are receiving a DVD release this October which is now up for pre-order.

Kaito is the leader of the Zenkaigers: the white-clad Zenkaizer. However, his dreams are haunted with AkaRenger’s confusion at his color. After encountering the new character, Zenkai Red (played by Daiki Ise), Zenkaizer must face off against him for the right to remain the leader of the Zenkaigers. Along the way, the Kikainoids on the team are mysteriously turned into human versions of themselves. Can they defeat a monster based on all past Super Sentai Series villains?

The cast playing the human forms of the Kikainoids can be found in our previous article covering the casting announcements. The Kikai Sentai Zenkaiger Spin-Off Zenkai Red Great Introduction DVD is available for pre-order now for 3,080 yen and will release on October 13, 2021.
