Kamen Rider EXPO Event Held At Toei Kyoto Studio Park
Kamen Rider EXPO, an event commemorating the 50th anniversary of the Kamen Rider series, is currently being held at Toei Kyoto Studio Park.
Kamen Rider EXPO is a display event commemorating the 50th anniversary of the Kamen Rider series. The event venue, Toei Kyoto Studio Park, was temporarily closed due to COVID-19, but resumed operations on May 15. Kamen Rider EXPO will be avaliable to visit until summer 2022.
Kamen Rider EXPO is an experience-based event aimed at both young children and adults who watched heisei and showa rider series. The event is divided into sections: ‘Kamen Rider Research Institute’, which features statues of Kamen Riders and interactive displays, and a Kamen Rider store, which has a lineup of limited-edition Kamen Rider products, including figures, bags and wall scrolls.
The interactive displays include a photo spot that reproduces the transformation scene of “Kamen Rider Saber”, a game to escape from Shocker’s hideout, and a Kamen Rider quiz. Over 20 statues are on display at the event.
A major feature of the event is Tridoron, the main character Shinnosuke Tomari’s car from Kamen Rider Drive. The car on display is the same one used while filming Kamen Rider Drive.
Kamen Rider EXPO will be held until the summer of 2022.
“Kamen Rider EXPO” will be held there until the summer of 2022. The entrance fee is 2400 yen for adults, 1400 yen for junior and senior high school students, and 1200 yen for children over 3 years old. Business hours may change depending on social conditions, and details can be found on Toei Kyoto Studio Park website.
