Kamen Rider Saber December 2020 DX Toys Roundup

Bandai Toys released the final 2020 wave of items in the Kamen Rider Saber DX toyline: new power up arsenal for our two main Riders and two new RideBooks. 

To start off this month’s roundup, we have the Kamen Rider Saber DX Dragonic Knight Wonder Ride Book. The Dragonic Knight Wonder Ride Book is the Ride Book used by Kamen Rider Saber to transform into his upgraded form, Kamen Rider Saber Dragonic Knight. To transform, the user first needs to open up the cover page of the Dragonic Knight Wonder Ride Book to play the story sound. Next, the user needs to inserted it into the DX Seiken Swordriver (sold separately) and pull out the Kaenken Rekka to transform into Kamen Rider Saber Dragonic Knight.

Pushing the cover page of the Dragonic Knight Wonder Ride Book while it is set will activate the Rider Kick finisher move. The sword finisher is unlocked after pushing the cover page and pulling out the Kaenken Rekka. Pressing the cover page three times, summons the dragon.

The DX Dragonic Knight Wonder Ride Book from Kamen Rider Saber will go for 3,080 Yen (tax included) and is scheduled for release on December 5th, 2020.

Following Saber, Kamen Rider Blades is also getting an upgraded form and Wonder Rider Book. Introducing the Kamen Rider Saber DX King Lion DaiSenki Wonder Ride Book. The King Lion DaiSenki Wonder Ride Book is used by Kamen Rider Blades to transform into Kamen Rider Blades Lion DaiSenki. To transform, the user needs to first open the cover page of the King Lion DaiSenki Wonder Ride Book to play the story sound. Next, insert it into the DX Seiken Swordriver (sold separately) and pull out out the Suiseiken Nagare (sold separately) to transform into Kamen Rider Blades Lion DaiSenki.

Just like the Dragonic Knight Wonder Ride Book, pushing the cover page of the King Lion DaiSenki Wonder Ride Book while it is set will activate the Rider Kick finisher move. The sword finisher is unlocked after pushing the cover page and pulling out the Suiseiken Nagare. Pushing the sword on top of the Wonder Ride Book will open the page further, transforming Blades into his Lion Mode.

The DX King Lion DaiSenki Wonder Ride Book from Kamen Rider Saber will also go for 3,080 Yen (tax included) and is scheduled for release on December 12th, 2020. It can also be purchased as part of a set with the DX Dragonic Knight Wonder Ride Book for 6,160 Yen with the same release date.

To close up this wave, we have the Kamen Rider Saber DX Dragonic Booster & King Lion Booster set. The Dragonic & King Lion Booster is the gauntlet used by Kamen Riders Saber Dragonic Knight and Blades King Lion DaiSenki in their upgraded forms. The user can switch between Dragonic Booster or King Lion Booster by changing the head. Depending on which head is attached, specific attacks and sound effects are activated. Up to three Wonder Ride Books (sold separately) can be used to perform special attacks. The special attack also varies depending on the number books lead in.

Also, by leading in the DX Dragonic Knight or DX King Lion DaiSenki Wonder Ride Books (both sold separately), a unique special attack sound is unlocked. The booster is compatible with the DX Seiken Swordriver (sold separately). Once the user leads in the Kaenken Rekka to the Booster and pulls the trigger, a unique special attack sound will unlock.

The DX Dragonic Booster & King Lion Booster set from Kamen Rider Saber will go for 4,620 Yen (tax included) and is scheduled for release on December 5th, 2020.
