This Week in Tokusatsu Merchandise 9/14/20 – 9/18/20

The tokusatsu merchandise roundup for the third week of September features the Acrylic Logo Display EX Kamen Rider Amazon and Kamen Rider Amazons; Acrylic Logo Display EX Godzilla vs. Biollante & Godzilla vs SpaceGodzilla logos; and ULTRAMAN x Reebok Collaboration shirts, hoodie, & shoes. 

Starting with the Kamen Rider series, we have the Acrylic Logo Display EX Kamen Rider Amazon and Kamen Rider Amazons logos. These acrylic stands feature the possibilities of various displays, such as displaying with a single item such as a figure or displaying with a collection. Both come with pedestals that measure about 114 mm × 22 mm. Each acrylic stand is made of acrylic resin.

The Kamen Rider Amazon logo measures approximately 116 mm x 48 mm.

The Kamen Rider Amazons logo measures approximately 120 mm x 40 mm.

The Acrylic Logo Display EX Kamen Rider Amazon and Kamen Rider Amazons logos will go for 1,320 Yen (tax included) each and are scheduled for shipment in November 2020. Preorders are being accepted until October 11, 2020, at 23:00 JST.

To start off the Ultra Series, we have the ULTRAMAN x Reebok collaboration including: short and long sleeve t-shirts, a hoodie, and three pairs of shoes.

The front of the short and long sleeve t-shirts feature the SSSP logo placed on the shoulders and the Reebok logo printed on the sleeves. The back features the Ultra Suit logo as well as the words “ULTRAMAN SUIT” followed by “PRODUCT 01” and a bigger Reebok symbol. Both are made of 100% cotton and come in sizes: S (US XS), M (US S), L (US L), and XL (US XL). Available colors include: white and black.

Short sleeve t-shirt:

Long sleeve t-shirt:

In addition to sharing the same front and back side with the shirts, the hoodie also features a “WARNING: PINCH POINT” and an arrow on the hood. One sleeve also has the word “SPECIUM” and a warning sign below it. It’s also made of 100% cotton and come in sizes: S (US XS), M (US S), L (US L), and XL (US XL). Available colors include: white and black.

The ULTRAMAN x Reebok Hoodie will go for 8,789 Yen (tax included) while the ULTRAMAN x Reebok short sleeve t-shirt will go for 4,389 Yen (tax included) and the ULTRAMAN x Reebok long sleeve t-shirt will go for 5,489 Yen (tax included).

ULTRAMAN x Reebok collaboration also presents the ULTRAMAN x Reebok FURYLITE 3.0, ELECTRO 3D LT, and INTV 96 shoes.

The first shoe is the ULTRAMAN x Reebok FURYLITE 3.0. It features a design inspired by Ultraman Ace fighting in the darkness of the night. The FURY LITE 3.0 follows the design of Reebok’s most representative model, INSTAPUMP FURY. It’s made of synthetic fiber/rubber sole and comes in sizes: 25 cm, 25.5 cm, 26 cm, 26.5 cm, 27 cm, 27.5 cm, and 28 cm.

The next shoe is the ULTRAMAN x Reebok ELECTRO 3D LT. This shoe features a design meant to resemble Ultraseven’s  battle in the darkness of the night and is inspired by running shoes from the 90’s. It’s made of synthetic fiber/EVA (synthetic bottom) and comes in sizes: 25 cm, 25.5 cm, 26 cm, 26.5 cm, 27 cm, 27.5 cm, and 28 cm.

The final shoe is the ULTRAMAN x Reebok INTV 96. Introduced as a running shoe in 1996, the design is based on the image of “INTERVAL” ULTRAMAN, which features a vector logo, fighting in the darkness of the night. The shoes are made of synthetic fiber/rubber sole and come in sizes: 25 cm, 25.5 cm, 26 cm, 26.5 cm, 27 cm, 27.5 cm, and 28 cm.

The ULTRAMAN x Reebok FURYLITE 3.0 shoes will go for 8,789 Yen (tax included) while the ULTRAMAN x Reebok ELECTRO 3D LT shoes will go for 10,989 Yen (tax included) and the ULTRAMAN x Reebok INTV 96 will go for 9,339 Yen (tax included).

All are scheduled for shipment in October 2020. Preorders are being accepted starting September 18, 2020, at 10:00 JST until September 30, 2020, at 23:00 JST. All items will also be available both in select Reebok retail stores and Reebok’s online store.

Finally, there’s the Godzilla franchise. Following the Acrylic Logo Display EX Godzilla logo, we have the Acrylic Logo Display EX Godzilla vs. Biollante logo and the Acrylic Logo Display EX Godzilla vs. SpaceGodzilla logo. As with previous Acrylic Logo Display EX releases, the acrylic stands feature the possibilities of displaying with a figure or displaying with an entire collection. Both come with pedestals that measure about 114 mm × 22 mm. Each acrylic stand is made of acrylic resin.

The Acrylic Logo Display EX Godzilla vs. Biollante logo measures a width of 87 mm x a height of 52 mm.

The Acrylic Logo Display EX Godzilla vs. SpaceGodzilla logo measures a width of 112 mm x height of 50 mm.

The Acrylic Logo Display EX Godzilla vs. Biollante and the Acrylic Logo Display EX Godzilla vs. SpaceGodzilla logos will go for 1,320 Yen (tax included) each and are scheduled for shipment in November 2020. Preorders are being accepted starting September 15, 2020, at 10:00 JST until October 11, 2020, at 23:00 JST.
