Ultraman 80 MEMORIES OF EMI Photobook Announced

A special photobook celebrating Ultraman 80‘s Emi Jouno has been announced featuring high-definition photos from the remastered version of the show.

40 years ago, Eri Ishida played the only female member of the Utility Government Members (UGM) organization in Ultraman 80. Ishida’s character, Emi Jouno, joined UGM as an ally of 80 and made many mistakes while on the team. In celebration of Ultraman 80‘s 40th anniversary, a special photobook has been made available to order featuring photographs taken from the show’s HD remaster.

The Ultraman 80 Emi Jouno Photo Album MEMORIES OF EMI will feature 100 pages of color photo content from Emi’s key appearances in the show. This will include Emi’s sacrifice from episode 43 and Ishida’s appearances as the Android Emi that later replaced her original character. Pre-ordering will also let consumers receive a UGM sticker for no additional cost. This sticker will not be available for purchase.

The Ultraman 80 Emi Jouno Photo Album MEMORIES OF EMI is currently available for pre-order at this link for the price of 8,800 yen with free shipping. The product is expected to be delivered in late August, 2020.
