Kamen Rider Heisei Generations Forever is the final crossover film with the Heisei era Kamen Riders, with Kamen Rider Zi-O and Kamen Rider Build taking center stage. The movie is notable for having a cameo by Takeru Satoh from Kamen Rider Den-O, who had not appeared on camera in the role of Ryotaro Nogami for several years due to the actor’s increasing popularity.
