KiramaRed Actor Rio Komiya’s Condition Improving Following COVID-19 Diagnosis

KiramaRed’s actor on Mashin Sentai Kiramager Rio Komiya’s condition is beginning to improve following his diagnosis of COVID-19.

Last month KiramaRed’s actor Rio Komiya became hospitalized due to his contraction of COVID-19. Recently, In a note on production by Toei Producer Hideaki Tsukada, he stated that Komiya’s condition is beginning to improve. Staff and actors of Mashin Sentai Kiramager have been home and monitoring their health with the guidance of health care professionals. Currently no other staff members of Kiramager are showing physical conditions of contracting the virus. The cast and staff is awaiting for Komiya to return, and are protecting themselves and their surroundings.

Production of Mashin Sentai Kiramager has shut down at this time, but broadcasting for up until mid-May will still continue.
