Kingdom Live Action Film Starring Kamen Rider Actors Gets International Trailer with English Subtitles
The trailer was also shown at the US-based festival “SXSW” in Austin, TX.
An international trailer for the upcoming live-action film adaptation of the popular manga Kingdom by Yasuhisa Hara has begun streaming on the official website for the film. The trailer is fitted with english subtitles and has new footage in comparison to past trailers. The trailer was introduced the 2019 creative festival “SXSW” that is held in Texas.
Tokusatsu fans will recognize two names–one older, one newer–in the cast for the historical adventure adaptation. Jun Kaname, who fans can remember as Kamen Rider G3 from Kamen Rider Agito, will be playing Tou. Ryo Yoshizawa, Kamen Rider Meteor from Kamen Rider Fourze, will portray Ei Sei/Hyou in the film.
The rest of the cast is as follows:

- Karyo Ten – Kanna Hashimoto
- Seikyo – Kanata Hongou
- Heki – Shinnosuke Mitsushima
- Shoheikun – Masahiro Takashima
- Ouki – Takao Ohsawa
Kingdom is set to be released into Japanese theaters on April 19th, 2019. A world premiere screening and red carpet event will take place on March 27th in Tokyo.
