Indie Tokusatsu Merch Roundup April 2018
This month we highlight a few artists that can offer you new and exciting ways to show your tokusatsu spirit.
DenofApathy Prints
Starting off with something a bit more simplistic, DoA Prints offers art of a few familiar faces. With a unique art style “headshot” look, these posters will liven up any room they are put in.
They also carry similarly styled posters of other popular series. Check them out at their Etsy store.
Safety Bunny’s Decals
Just in case filling your house with tokusatsu merchandise isn’t enough, there is good news. Safety Bunny has some Kamen Rider decals that you can choose from to put on your car, your laptop, or wherever else you’d like.
You can find the full extent of their Kamen Rider decals on their store. Don’t see one you like? They also take commissions to make one just for you.
DeveauDesigns
If prints may not be your thing, or you are just looking for something a little more unorthodox, then take a look at what DeveauDesigns has to offer. They specialize in minimalist canvas artwork that is mainly geared towards Power Rangers. These items may seem a little more pricey than the rest, but the quality is what makes it worth it.
Are you currently part of the Shattered Grid hype? Luckily, DeveauDesigns currently has a Lord Drakkon canvas art in the works too. You can purchase any of their work here.
PhilaMOCA
Lastly, we are showcasing a newcomer who has some wonderful tokusatsu pins for you to purchase. PhilaMOCA has recently started releasing tokusatsu pins in a monthly “Tokusatsu Tuesday” series.
Keep an eye out on their Etsy for when they post their next pin in the series, and grab the ones already available while you’re at it.
