Gekiranger’s Riki Miura Announces Retirement

Gekiranger‘s Riki Miura has announced his retirement from acting.

The actor, who appeared in 2007’s Juuken Sentai Gekiranger‘s (Beast Fist Sentai Gekiranger) as Gou Fukami, the first purple Ranger in Sentai history, and the new generation Sharivan in Space Sheriff Gavan the Movie as well as Super Hero Taisen Z and Space Sheriff Sharivan Next Generation, posted to his blog that he is retiring from entertainment to pursue a new career path.

Miura also thanked his fans and staff for supporting him throughout his career.
