Premium Bandai Releases Ultra Seven Reading Glasses

Premium Bandai is releasing the Ultra Eye, Dan Moroboshi’s transformation device from Ultra Seven, as a pair of reading glasses.

To celebrate Ultra Seven’s 50th anniversary, Premium Bandai is releasing a special version of his Ultra Eye that doubles as reading glasses. Now older Ultra fans can pretend to be their childhood hero while also using the Ultra Eye for practical, everyday activities.

The Ultra Eye will see a general release in Ultraman Shops in January 2018, but customers who pre-order it now from Premium Bandai will get the exclusive strap. The glasses will cost ¥ 6,480, tax included.
