Castlevania Netflix Animated Series Reveals Japanese-Dubbed Trailer

Netflix Japan recently streamed the Japanese-dubbed trailer for the Castlevania animated series, which stars tokusatsu actors as the main voice cast.


Recently, Netflix Japan began streaming a Japanese-dubbed trailer for the Netflix-exclusive, Castlevania animated series. Additionally, in Japan, the show will be titled Akumajō Dracula: Castlevania (Devil Castle Dracula Castlevania), and will have a worldwide premiere on Netflix. The series will only have four 30 minutes-long episodes.

Notably, the cast stars:  Ryotaro Okiayu (Mangetsu Kibaoni from Shuriken Sentai Ninninger, Hades God Cyclops from Mahou Sentai Magiranger), Shinichiro Miki (Sieg/Kamen Rider Den-0 Wing From from Kamen Rider Den-O), Naoya Uchida (Tatsuya Midorikawa/DenziGreen from Denshi Sentai Denziman, Mitsuru Okiyama from Battle Fever J), and Ayaka Shimoyamada (Emily/Yellow Samurai Ranger (dubbed voice) from Power Rangers Samurai).

Lastly, the English cast stars: Graham McTavish as Dracula, Richard Armitage as Trevor Belmont, James Callis as Alucard, Alejandra Reynoso as Sypha Belnades, Emily Swallow as Lisa Tepes, Matt Frewer as The Bishop, and Tony Amendola as The Elder.

    English voice acting is always so bad.. I wish they’d include the Japanese audio because apart from anime looking wrong with english it also sounds terrible.

      Trevor, do you realize Japanese voice acting is not perfect too. I’ve watched a lot of stuff in Japanese even American stuff dubbed in Japanese and yeah, Japanese dub ain’t superior.
