Recently, the cast for Space Squad: Uchu Keiji Gavan vs. Tokusou Sentai Dekaranger & Girls In Trouble: Episode 0 attended an advanced preview screening to promote the project. The event took place at the 109 Cinema in Kiba, Tokyo, where information regarding the Blu-ray and DVD sale of the movie was also revealed.

The movie is scheduled for a release date of June 17th, 2017 on Blu-ray and DVD.
