It turns out that the Proto Gashat that was being held by the Ministry of Health was stolen by someone. The Proto Gashat must contain the data for Saki (Kana Nakagawa), the girlfriend of Hiiro (Toshiki Seto). Emu (Hiroki Iijima) and the others suspect Pallad (Shouma Kai) or the other Bugsters.
Chronus has interfered in the battle between Ex-Aid’s team and Pallad’s team and Brave is kidnapped. Chronus asks for Hiiro’s cooperation in the operation of Kamen Rider Chronicle. Hiiro naturally refuses but Chronus shows him his “compensation”: the Proto Drago Knight Hunter Z Gashat.
