Emu (hiroki Iijima) and the others have defeated all of the beginner and intermediate level Bugsters in Kamen Rider Chronicle. All that remains are the advanced Bugsters – Pallad (Shouma Kai), Graphite (Shouma Machii), and Loverica.
Emu, Hiiro (Seto Toshiki), Taiga (Ukyou Matsumoto), and Shin Kuroto (Tetsuya Iwanaga) team up to defeat the advanced Bugsters, vowing to aim for the final boss.
It’s at this moment that Kuroto’s dad Masamune (Hiroyuki Takami) is released, and he returns to the GENM Corporation. Masamune declares his return as president, but president Ren (Shinya Kote) is in strong opposition. Will Masamune have power over Emu? What is he aiming for?
