Shinken Green Actor Cast In “Joker Game” Stage Play
Samurai Sentai Shinkenger actor, Shogo Suzuki cast as Miyoshi in stage play adaption of Joker Game.
The upcoming stage adaption of Koji Yanagi’s spy mystery novel series, Joker Game, announced Shogo Suzuki as Miyoshi. Suzuki is best known as Tani Chiaki / Shinken Green in Samurai Sentai Shinkenger. Suzuki’s character, Miyoshi, is characterized as narcissistic and arrogant, and often talks with a sarcastic tone.
The stage play will start conducting its first advance sale of the tickets between February 28 and March 6 2017, in Japan and will be held at the Zepp Theater Roppongi in Tokyo, Japan for a limited run from May 4th to May 7th.
Daisuke Nishida, who’s previously directed the stage adaptations of CAPCOM’s Sengoku Basara from 2009 to 2010, will be writing and directing Joker Game‘s stage adaptation.
Joker Game has been adapted as a live-action film starring Kazuya Kamenashi, Yūsuke Iseya, and Kyoko Fukada; as well as a twelve-episode anime, animated by Production I.G. with the latter currently available to watch on Crunchyroll worldwide.
