S.H.Figuarts Kamen Rider Amazon Sigma Announced
Premium Bandai recently announced the S.H.Figuarts release of Kamen Rider Amazon Sigma from the Amazon Prime series, Kamen Rider Amazons.
Premium Bandai revealed the release of the S.H.Figuarts Kamen Rider Amazon Sigma. This marks the third S.H.Figuarts release for the Kamen Rider Amazons series. The other two in the figure line are Kamen Rider Amazon Alpha and Kamen Rider Amazon Omega, the two lead Riders of the series.
The figure reproduces Amazon Sigma’s vicious skeletal-like appearance and will include six additional hands, four right and two left. Some of the additional right hands recreate Amazon Sigma’s signature “countdown” taunt to represent how many moves it will take to finish his opponents. The figure will also include a set of purple effect parts for Amazon Sigma’s steamy transformation effects.
Kamen Rider Amazons premiered April 1, 2016 on the Amazon Prime streaming service, and is based on the 1974 Showa era Kamen Rider Amazon series. The series is characterized for its more adult nature and graphic content, a second season was announced last year and is set to premiere April, 2017.
The S.H.Figuarts Kamen Rider Amazon Sigma is priced at ¥6,696 and will release July 2017. Pre-orders for the figure will begin January 27, 2017, 16:00.
