Lionsgate’s Power Rangers Movie Recieves an Official PG -13 Rating

Lionsgate’s upcoming Power Rangers movie receives a PG-13 rating.

Qualcomm’s presentation at the Consumer Electronics Show revealed that Lionsgate’s upcoming Power Rangers movie will have a PG-13 rating.

This is the same location that a trailer for the “Power Rangers Virtual Reality Experience” debuted days prior.

Billed as Saban’s Power Rangers, the movie serves as a reboot and re-imagining of the franchise, which is itself adapted from the Super Sentai franchise from Japan. It will depict heroic teens battling the villainous Rita Repulsa whilst handling with real-world issues.

The Power Rangers movie is set to be released in the United States on Friday, March 24th, 2017.
