Bandai Namco Entertainment recently announced a multi-platform release for the indie tactical RPG, Chroma Squad.
Revealed through an announcement trailer on Bandai Namco’s YouTube channel, the tactical studio simulator developed by Behold Studios is set to release on the Playstation 4, Playstation Vita, and Xbox One in early 2017. Originally launched as a Kickstarter campaign in July 2013, Chroma Squad received over $97,000 in pledges within its first month, breaking a number of stretch goals, including an optional “single hero” mode featuring a scarf wearing, motorcycle riding cyborg hero. After a successful campaign, the game was released on April 2015 for PC through Steam, Gog, and Chroma Squad‘s website.
In Chroma Squad, five stunt actors attempt to start their own studio and create a Power Rangers-inspired TV show. From casting actors to upgrading your studio and props, your aim is to create a hit TV series with a growing audience while defeating enemies in turn-based battles.
