BOOM! MMPR Comic Gets Power Morphicon Exclusive Variant

The variant cover for issue #5 will only be available to Power Morphicon attendees.

BOOM! Studios launched their Mighty Morphin Power Rangers comic earlier this year to much acclaim, and with a ton of variant covers. The fifth issue continues the tradition with a variant by artist Conor Nolan that is exclusive to this year’s Power Morphicon.

The variant cover will be limited to 500 copies, so it’s first come first serve.

Power Morphicon 2016 will be held at the Pasadena Convention Center from August 12th – 14th. Registration are available on their website, with Platinum and Gold memberships already sold out.

7/20/16 EDIT: BOOM! Studios told us that they were invited to exhibit at PMC almost as soon as they got the license. The #5 variant will be their only exclusive for the convention, but they will also bring an ample supply of the previous issues.
