This Week in Toku Toys [05/29 – 06/04]

This Week in Toku Toys, Kamen Rider Ghost Mugen Damashii and Zyuoh The World make their toy line debuts.

Fans witnessed a quick glimpse at Mugen Damashii, the final form of Kamen Rider Ghost. While we’re still a few weeks away from gaining the form’s Ghost Eyecon or Ghost Change figure, this week marks the release of the Rider Hero Series vinyl figure of Mugen Damashii. Like most vinyl figures, it retails for ¥972.

This week marks a big day for the world of Zyuohger, as the Blood Game gets its own participate: Zyuoh The World! Of course, the debut of a new Ranger means a new Sentai Hero Series vinyl figure which also retails for ¥972.

A Ranger has got to change somehow, and Zyuoh The World uses the DX Zyuoh The Light. The toy is capable of transforming Zyuoh The World into his Crocodile Form, Wolf Form, and Rhino Form, summon Cube Crocodile, Cube Wolf, and Cube Rhino, as well as unite the three cubes into Tousai Zyuoh. Zyuoh The Light has dedicated lights and sounds and retails for ¥3,780.

To vanquish his foes, Zyuoh The World uses a new weapon, Zyuoh The Gun Rod. The toy can transform between Rod Mode with its “Zyuoh The Finish” attack and Gun Mode with its “Zyuoh The Burst” attack. Both modes have unique sounds. The toy also features an LED display on the base of the weapon. Zyuoh The Gun Rod retails for ¥4,536.

Finally, if you have the figure, the changer, and the weapon, what kid wouldn’t want to look the part? Releasing this week is the “Zyuohger Role Play Set: Zyuoh The World”! Similar to the previously released set for Zyuoh Eagle, this set features a vest and buckle kids can wear. Unfortunately, the set does not include a transformable mask, but perhaps one will be released in the future. The vest and buckle combo retails for ¥2,808.
