Yūji Kishi, while best known among tokusatsu fans for his role as Kyosuke/Red Racer in Gekisou Sentai Carranger, has also held various voice roles in Beast Wars II, Street Fighter, and the Japanese dub voice of TJ in Power Rangers Turbo.
In Part 2 of our interview, Yūji talks about his work in voice acting, including the role of Street Fighter’s Ken Masters, and theater, including his upcoming role as Javert in the musical Les Miserables. Also, stay tuned after the interview for information about a special giveaway!
Gekisou Sentai Carranger aired from March 1996 to February 1997 and holds a unique place in the Super Sentai category as a parody of its own genre.
