On the Kamen Rider Drive x Gaim Movie War Full Throttle official website, more information about Kamen Rider Drive Episode 0 is given. 

The length of the episode titled, Kamen Rider Drive: Secret Mission type ZERO will be about 16 minutes.

As previously reported, fans who see the movie will receive the DVD, which will provide more detail of the “Global Freeze” shown at the beginning of Kamen Rider Drive’s episode 1, including more screen time for Proto-Drive, the rider fans are slowly learning more about in the show.
