Ultraman Max Now Available On Crunchyroll
Following the New York Comic-Con announcement, Ultraman Max is now legally available to view on Crunchyroll’s streaming service.
As of today, Premium users have access to the whole 39-episode series, but Free users will only be able to view Episodes 1-8. The remaining episodes will be made available in 8-episode batches released on Tuesdays through November.
Broadcast in 2005, Ultraman Max featured the exploits of Team DASH who are tasked to protect the world from monsters and extra-terrestrial threats. When times get desperate, new recruit Kaito uses the Max Spark to transform into Ultraman Max and save the day. The show was a return to form for the Ultra Series, with classic fan-favorite monsters returning and episodes directed by Shusuke Kaneko (Heisei Gamera Trilogy, Godzilla, Mothra, King Ghidorah: Giant Monster All-Out Attack, Death Note), Ultra Series veteran Akio Jissoji, and Takashi Miike (Ichi The Killer, Audition, Zebraman).
