[3/17 TO 3/23] This Week in Toku Actor Blogs

We celebrate the birthdays of two Toku actors as well as the success of a public event at Tower Records on This Week in Toku Actor Blogs.

• Gaku Matsuda, Kobayashi’s co-star in Kamen Rider Gaim, helped Kobayashi celebrate his birthday as featured in his blog.

• Masahiro Inoue also celebrated his 25th birthday on his blog. Both he and Kobayashi turned 25 this year, and will be appearing together in Kamen Rider Wars.

• Daiki Ise, the artist who sang the opening theme of Ressha Sentai ToQger, appeared at Tower Records for an event with special guests: Project.R and ToQ-1. The event gathered many people and was a great success.

• Also this week, the Black Chapter of the Garo spin-off series, Zero: Black Blood, was released in theaters on March 22nd. Series Director, Ryu Kaneda, snapped this photo of himself and the main cast following an ADR session. The limited release movie encompasses the latter half of the TV series with updated visuals and sound quality.

• Finally, Gaim’s Minami Tsukui had a lot of fun playing the Kamen Rider arcade game, Kamen Rider Battle: Ganbarising, which now features Kamen Riders as seen from the currently running Kamen Rider Gaim series. Her primary Rider of choice was none other than her TV series counterpart, Kamen Rider Marika. She portrays the character both in and out of suit.
