New Daimajin Trilogy Blu-Ray Box Set to Release in July
Arrow Video announced a Blu-ray box set of the Daimajin trilogy of films will release on July 26, 2021.
Following their release of Daiei’s Gamera films, and the Invisible Man duology, Arrow Video announced they are releasing the Daimajin trilogy in a blu-ray box set. Scheduled for July, The Daimajin trilogy box set will include all 3 films in High Definition presentation with lossless audio in both the Japanese and English versions of the respective films and features box art by Matt Frank.
Furthermore, like the Gamera set, this box set will include an illustrated booklet featuring essays from Keith Aiken, Ed Godziszewski, and many other writers. The Daimajin trilogy box set will also come with postcards featuring the original Japanese poster artwork of the films as well as a variety of disc extras including newly filmed introductions, exclusive video essays, interviews, audio commentaries, original trailers, image galleries, and more for the films.
The Daimajin Trilogy box set will release in the United States, Canada, and United Kingdom on July 26, 2021. At a recommended UK retail price of £59.99, it will cost approximately $83 USD for American consumers. Pre-orders have already begun for the United Kingdom.
