Mahiro Takasugi and Aoi Morikawa Release New Single For Kakegurui

Mahiro Takasugi and Aoi Morikawa release a new single for the film Kakegurui: Zettai Zetsumei Russian Roulette.

Mahiro Takasugi (Kamen Rider Ryugen) and Aoi Morikawa have released a new single for the film Kakegurui: Zetsumei Russian Roulette. “The Pioneer’s Song” has Takasugi and Morikawa performing as their characters from the film, Ryota Suzui and Mary Saotome.

Mahiro Takasugi and Aoi Morikawa have both commented as well on the release of the new single:

Takasugi:

“What did you say? The song? Will be streamed? Are you sure? The Pioneer Song? From that musical scene where I read the script and was nervous to work on? It’s going to be streamed? I had doubts that this was a joke or prank but this is something right out of Kakegurui. This is awesome.”

Morikawa:

“Wha- it’s being streamed? No way. No one told me about this. Are you forreal? Is this some kind of prank? It’s fine if it’s a prank but I hope more people tune in. I want them to tune in but is it really okay if it’s streamed. My sweats won’t stop.”

Pioneer’s Song is available for purchase on iTunes and to listen on multiple streaming platforms. The single is also available to listen to outside of Japan.
