This Week in Tokusatsu Merchandise 3/1/21 – 3/5/21

The tokusatsu merchandise roundup to start off March 2021 features new exclusive merchandise from the Kamen Rider, Super Sentai, and Ultra Series. 

“A New Hero, A New Legend” Premium Bandai is releasing the Kamen Rider Kuuga N-Daguva-Zeba leather belt. From Kamen Rider Kuuga, the belt of N-Daguva-Zeba has appeared. The buckle part is made of alloy plating, paint, cowhide, and brass plating. The belt part is high-class and uses cowhide. It is proof of what brings the ultimate darkness with a heavy feeling of weight. The belt: is made of cowhide and brass plating. The cowhide part of the buckle measures a height of about 72 mm x width of about 85 mm. The metal part measures a height of about 63 mm x width of about 72 mm. The belt band measures a band width of 35 mm with the S size measuring 90 cm, M size measuring 100 cm, and the L size measuring 110 cm.

The Kamen Rider Kuuga N-Daguva-Zeba leather belt from Kamen Rider Kuuga will go for 13,200 Yen (tax included) and is scheduled for shipment in May 2021. Preorders are being accepted until April 5, 2021, at 23:00 JST.

“The Indomitable Knight! Gaisoulg!” Starting off the Super Sentai catalog, we have the Kishiryu Sentai Ryusoulger Nada t-shirt. The front features Gaisoulg’s helmet visor design with the Ryusoul Tribe thunderbolt. The back has the words “El caballero indomitable” (The Indomitable Knight) and “NADA”. The t-shirt is made of 100% cotton and comes in sizes: M (US S), L (US M), and XL (US L).

The Kishiryu Sentai Ryusoulger Nada t-shirt from Kishiryu Sentai Ryusoulger will go for 3,300 Yen (tax included) and is scheduled for shipment in May 2021.

Next, we have the Mashin Sentai Kiramager K-Suke Design Yodonna t-shirt. It is a t-shirt illustrated by Mr. K-SuKe, who was in charge of numerous character designs in Super Sentai. K-SuKe, who has a reputation for skillfully combining multiple motifs into one, designed Yodonna. It features a powerful illustration. The question “Is this a laughing situation?” is printed on the bottom. The t-shirt is made of 100% cotton and comes in sizes: M (US S), L (US M), and XL (US L). It is available in three colors: black, white, and blue.

The Mashin Sentai Kiramager K-Suke Design Yodonna t-shirt from Mashin Sentai Kiramager will go for 4,400 Yen (tax included) and is scheduled for shipment in May 2021.

Showing some more Yodonna love, we also have the Mashin Sentai Kiramager Yodonna silver925 necklace and silver925 ring. Both feature Yodonna’s iconic cheek mark that appears in the Mashin Sentai Kiramager TV series. Each is made of silver925 (smoked finish) and a Swarovski (R) crystal.

The Mashin Sentai Kiramager Yodonna silver925 necklace charm measures a height of 20 mm × width of 12 mm × diameter of 4 mm. The chain measures an overall length of 40 cm + 5 cm (adjuster).

The Mashin Sentai Kiramager Yodonna silver925 ring comes in a No. 13 Free size (available from No. 9 to No. 15). The motif part measures a height of approx. 10 mm.

To commemorate the 45th Anniversary of Super Sentai, Premium Bandai announced the release of the Acrylic Logo Display EX Super Sentai 45th Anniversary logo. The Acrylic Logo Display EX series uses a new form of display featuring a logo that symbolizes the character. It has a thickness of about 10 mm and surface processing. It produces a sense of presence and luxury. The possibilities of displaying it in various ways include displaying as a single item or displaying it with a collection. Perfect for any Super Sentai collectible item. The logo measures a width of approx. 68 mm x height of 65 mm. The pedestal measures a width of approx. 114 mm x 22 mm. Everything is made of acrylic.

The Acrylic Logo Display EX Super Sentai 45th Anniversary logo will go for 1,320 Yen (tax included) and is scheduled for shipment in May 2021. Preorders are being accepted starting March 5, 2021, at 10:00 JST until April 11, 2021, at 23:00 JST.

In addition, we also have the Super Sentai Series t-shirts. Each features the logo of the Super Sentai series, which boasts a long history, and is now printed on a t-shirt. It is made of 100% cotton and comes in sizes: S (US XS), M (US S), L (US M), and XL (US L). The Super Sentai Series t-shirts are available in seven different colors: white, black, yellow, green, red, blue, and pink. These colors are mainly used to make up the core five in a Super Sentai team (with exceptions).

Welcoming in the new Super Sentai, Premium Bandai is releasing the Kikai Sentai Zenkaiger: Kiramager Gear & T-Shirt set. The t-shirt is only limited to 1000 quantities. The front features Zenkaizer in the center of the shirt’s design. This set also includes the Kiramager Gear, which is compatible with the DX Geartlinger (sold separately). It is made of 100% cotton and comes in sizes: S (US XS), M (US S), L (US M), and XL (US L). This is a Premium Bandai web exclusive set.

The Kikai Sentai Zenkaiger: Kiramager Gear & T-Shirt set from Kikai Sentai Zenkaiger will go for 4,400 Yen (tax included) and is scheduled for shipment in May 2021. Preorders are being accepted until March 28, 2021, at 23:00 JST.

Continuing the first wave of Zenkaiger merchandise, Premium Bandai presents the Kikai Sentai Zenkaiger Mascot Charms. The mascot charms each have a cute size and can either be used as decoration or attached to your bag. Charms available are: Zenkaizer, Zenkai Juran, Zenkai Gaon, Zenkai Magine, and Zenkai Vroon. Each measures a height of approx. 150 mm tall and is made of polyester/polyurethane.

The Kikai Sentai Zenkaiger Mascot Charms from Kikai Sentai Zenkaiger will go for 2,750 Yen (tax included) each and are scheduled for shipment in June 2021. Preorders are being accepted starting March 5, 2021, at 11:00 JST until April 4, 2021, at 23:00 JST.
