Kamen Rider Metsuboujinrai and Kamen Rider ZAIA Revealed

New Kamen Rider visuals have been revealed for the upcoming Kamen Rider Zero-One Spin-Off: Zero-One Others.

The Official Twitter account of Kamen Rider Zero-One has teased Kamen Rider Metsuboujinrai, that combines “the will of four”. In addition to that, there is also Kamen Rider ZAIA, that possesses the will of Ark.

The upcoming V-Cinext titled that features the Metsuboujinrai members from Kamen Rider Zero-One will feature other returning cast members such as Ryutaro Okada as Isamu Fuwa, Hiroe Igeta as Yua Yaiba, Nachi Sakuragi as Gai Amatsu, Noa Tsurushima as Azu. Other actors include Jai West, Ken Sugawara, Yui Narumi, and Kazuyuki Aijima.

The story features ZAIA Enterprises CEO Leon Arkland, who has kidnapped Jin. On their way to rescue him, the Metsuboujinrai members – Horobi, Raiden, and Naki – come across Soldier-Model Humagears called Solds.

Leon aims to mass produce these Humagears who possess no will of their own and sell them as weapons to the world. Horobi stands in opposition to Leon’s goals and seeks to “free the Solds”.

The four members of Metsuboujinrai become Kamen Riders to fight and free them. But then, something happens to Jin. As planned by Leon, a new threat against humanity is born.

The spin-off titled Zero-One Others (stylized as 01hers) Kamen Rider Metsuboujinrai will be released in theaters on March 26, 2021 for a limited time. The DVD and Blu-Ray sales will go on sale on July 14, 2021.

The movie takes place after the events of the movie Kamen Rider Zero-One: REALxTIME. Shuya Sunagawa (Horobi), Daisuke Nakagawa (Jin), Daichi Yamaguchi (Ikazuchi), and Satsuki Nakayama (Naki) will be reprising their roles. Yuya Takahashi will be writing the film while Masaya Kakehi will be Directing. Both have previously worked on Kamen Rider Zero-One. The movie has a runtime of 55 minutes.

Like many of the previous V-Cinemas in the past, many of the home releases will have special items sold along with the film. The Advanced Purchase Blu-Ray and DVD Set: 6,500 Yen plus tax. It goes on Sale on the Movie Release Date. Contains a post card.
