Tokyo International Film Festival to Feature Magiranger 15th Anniversary

The Japanese Animation Division of the Tokyo International Film Festival will feature Super Sentai films this year including a celebration of Magiranger featuring the main actors of the series.

This year commemorates the 45th Anniversary of the Super Sentai franchise that began with Himitsu Sentai Gorenger. The Tokyo International Film Festival will feature selected films throughout the franchise at the TOHO Cinema. In addition to that, the festival will celebrate the Mahou Sentai Magiranger’s 15th Anniversary with a special event featuring the main actors of the series.

The schedule is as followed:

November 2nd at 6:50 PM Back to Back Feature (includes talk show)

Post-Screening will include an online talk event to celebrate the Mahou Sentai Magiranger 15th Anniversary beginning at 1:30 PM

The six Magiranger cast are set to make an appearance and will be streamed online at 3:00 PM via the TIFF Youtube Channel and on the venue screen. The Magiranger characters will appear on stage at 1:20 PM.
