LupinRed Actor Asahi Ito Releases New Calendar

The actor who portrayed head of thieves will be stealing your heart all year round with his sports calendar.

On January 21st, it was confirmed that Asahi Ito would be releasing a sports-themed calendar book. Asahi Ito is best known for playing Kairi AKA LupinRed in Kaitou Sentai Lupinranger VS Keisatsu Sentai Patranger, the 2018 Super Sentai season.

The calendar is set to debut on March 3rd, with the calendar beginning on the month of April. Keeping in tune with the theme of sports, some pictures will include Ito doing activities like horseback riding and fencing swords. Ito said this about the calendar release, “The photoshoot was interesting, because I got to do such things like horseback riding and boxing. I was able to take a lot of exciting photos that are different from the sports image you imagine. Please look forward to it.”

The price of the calendar is 2,500 yen, not including tax. A commemorative event will be held on March 14th in Shibuya.
