Power Morphicon Announces 2020 Dates And Location
The largest Power Rangers-based convention has released new information regarding their plans for next year.
On July 4th, it was announced by California-based Power Morphicon that it will be making some changes. The convention has become the biggest fan convention for Power Rangers, the US-based counterpart to Super Sentai, that has been running concurrently for decades. Last year, Power Morphicon was held in August at the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, CA. This was new for the convention, which was previously in Pasadena, CA starting in 2010.
For 2020, the convention plans to move to back to the Pasadena Convention Center into familiar territory and has announced that they will move to September 4th – 6th, 2020. The event will fall on Labor Day weekend in the United States.
Tickets will go on sale for Power Morphicon 2020 in August 2019, with prices and show hours being posted on the official website and social media. This will be Power Morphicon’s seventh showcase and it is held every other year.
Events for the convention will include meeting guests, fan panels, vendors selling Power Rangers related goods, contests, exclusive merchandise, and more. The convention, which featured over 200 franchise guests last year, is encouraging fans and friends to stay tuned to their social media pages for more updates regarding guests and events.
