Kamen Rider Zi-O’s Ziku-Driver Voices Announced
Bandai reveals the names of the two people voicing Kamen Rider Zi-O‘s transformation belt.
Over on Bandai’s Rider toy site, they revealed that Kamen Rider Zi-O‘s transformation belt, the Ziku-Driver, features two voices.
General dialogue for the Ziku-Driver is provided by actor Rikiya Koyama. In the anime world, he is known for voicing Yamato from Naruto, Kogoro Mouri from Case Closed, and Coyote Starrk from Bleach. In tokusatsu, he played Joe the Haze in Kamen Rider Black RX, the voice of Kamen Rider Bujin Gaim in Kamen Rider Gaim, the Paradox Roidmude in Kamen Rider Drive, and Frank Taylor in the Japanese dub of Kamen Rider Dragon Knight.
Singing for the Ziku-Driver is provided by singer and songwriter Yohei Onishi. He may be best known in the tokusatsu world as the singer of the opening theme to Shuriken Sentai Ninninger, “Saa Ike! Ninninger!” and the ending theme to Doubutsu Sentai Zyuohger (Animal Sentai Zyuohger), “Let’s! Zyuoh Dance”.
Kamen Rider Zi-O premieres on September 2nd.
