Kamen Rider Dragon Knight’s Mike Moh Cast as Bruce Lee in Upcoming Film
Mike Moh will star in Quentin Tarantino’s new film, Once Upon a Time in Hollywood.
It has been recently announced that Mike Moh has been selected to play Bruce Lee in the upcoming film by Quentin Tarantino, titled Once Upon a Time in Hollywood.
Moh was hired based on his exceptional martial arts skills and is known by the general public as Ryu in the live-action web series’ Street Fighter: Assassin’s Fist and Street Fighter: Resurrection. His first role in television was in Kamen Rider Dragon Knight, which was the American adaptation of Kamen Rider Ryuki, airing in 2009. He played Danny Cho/Hunt aka Kamen Rider Axe, who was the Western named counterpart to Kamen Rider Taiga.
The film is to be set in 1969, in Los Angeles, following a TV actor (played by Leonardo DiCaprio) who is looking for a big film break. The movie will be based on true events. It is currently unknown what role Bruce Lee/Moh will play in the plot of the movie.
Production for the film is currently underway and is slated for release on August 9, 2019.
