Amazon Japan Offers Shipping Bandai Products to International Fans

Amazon Japan now offers international shipping from Japan for Bandai produced toys.

A promotional email regarding the international shipping of Gundam’s Gunpla series reveals an important tidbit for international tokusatsu fans: Amazon Japan now offers direct shipping from Japan on Bandai brand toys. This includes Kamen Rider, Super Sentai, Ultraman, and other Bandai toy merchandise.

This only applies to items that are shipped from and sold by Amazon themselves, so any listings that are sold and shipped from secondary sellers, or sold by secondary sellers and fulfilled by Amazon will not be eligible for international shipping.

In the past, Amazon Japan used to only be allowed to ship media such as Blu-ray, DVD, CD, novels, magazines, etc., to overseas countries. In recent years, companies have begun opening up other products for overseas shipping, such as TakaraTomy.

This move gives tokusatsu fans another shopping outlet without the need of proxy buying services.
