Premium Bandai Announces Kamen Rider 1-Inspired Teddy Bear

Premium Bandai announces the Kamen Rider 1-inspired teddy bear made by German company Steiff.

Premium Bandai recently announced that it is beginning to accept pre-orders for a Kamen Rider 1-inspired teddy bear made by the German-based plush toy company Steiff. Takeshi Hongo/Kamen Rider 1 (played by Hiroshi Fujioka) is the protagonist of the Toei-produced live-action tokusatsu (special effects) show Kamen Rider from the Kamen Rider live-action tokusatsu franchise.

This item is in limited production with only 1,500 units available. Additionally, Steiff’s “Button in Ear” trademark, a serial number and a production year on its left ear, is incorporated into the product. Furthermore, the doll is set for a price of ¥43,200 and has a set release date for February 2018.
