The Kyurangers travel to Planet Toki to find the Horologium Kyutama which can control space-time. In order to acquire the Horolugium Kyutama, they must turn all the 12 springs in less than 30 minutes. Tsurugi has also become the 12th member of the Kyurangers, and so each one of them is able to go to the location of one of the springs. However, Tecchu and his team come to attack, causing a strange impact on Planet Toki’s time. Someone appears in front of each of the 12 Kyurangers, someone to whom they have a strong emotional attachment. Kotaro sees his mother who died when he was very young, and because he doesn’t want his mother to disappear, he cannot wind the spring.
