Tsurugi claims to have defeated Don Armage before going into stasis. But Don Armage controls the universe to this day, so Lucky and the others don’t believe it. Meanwhile, Tsurugi barges into Jark Matter’s broadcasting station, and he broadcasts a message to provoke Jark Matter. It’s at this moment that Fukushogun Tecchu, Jark Matter’s highest command tier, appears. Lucky and the others prioritize rescuing the people, but Tsurugi challenges Tecchu without any regard to the surroundings. Tsurugi says that in order to save the universe some sacrifices will be unavoidable, and Lucky fiercely opposes him.
