The mysterious man sleeping inside the Argo ship Tsurugi Ohtori boards the Orion. Tsurugi talks all about his own brilliant legend, says the Kyuranger’s duty is over, and that he alone will continue the fight from now on. In order to investigate Tsurugi’s true intentions, Commander Shou puts Spada and Raptor in observation positions traveling with him. Tsurugi travels to the Jark Matter educational institution to fight Jark Matter’s Daikan Manavil, who is trying to rewrite the history of the universe. Spada and Raptor also fight, but Tsurugi says that the two of them are not cut out for fighting.
