Taiga (Ukyou Matsumoto) is brought into Seito University Hospital after receiving serious injuries that bring him close to death. An emergency surgical procedure is necessary, and the genius surgeon Hiiro (Toshiki Seto) is supposed to be performing the operation. However, Masamune (Hiroyuki Takami) orders Hiiro to take away Taiga’s life instead of completing the surgery.
In order to take the power to transform into Ex-Aid away from Emu (Hiroki Iijima), Chronus relentlessly aims for Parado (Shouma Kai). In order to protect Parado, Genm and Lazer Turbo work together to fight against Chronus, and it’s here that they learn about his terrifying plan.
Meanwhile, Hiiro begins the surgery at the hospital. What will he do? And what will be Taiga’s fate?
