The new game Kamen Rider Chronicle is released from GENM Corporation, and ordinary people are transformed into what are called Ride Players. They recklessly begin to fight against bugsters!
However, the players participating the game all have an outbreak of Game Disease. Emu (Hiroki Iijima) and the others head out in response. There, Poppy Pipopapo appears proclaiming herself to be the navigator of the game Kamen Rider Chronicle. She explains that if the player can defeat Ex-Aid and the other Kamen Riders, they can get rare items that are useful in game strategy. Suddenly Ex-Aid and the others are the target of the players. How will they combat ordinary people?
