Live Action Ani ni Aisaresugite Komattemasu Film Stars Goseiger’s Yuda Chiba

Yuda Chiba, known for his role as Alata/GoseiRed in Tensou Sentai Goseiger, will star in the upcoming live-action film.

The film adaption of the Ani ni Aisaresugite Komattemasu manga recently posted a 30-second trailer featuring its main cast. Yuda Chiba stars as Takane Serigawa, the main character’s first love who returns after many years. The film also cast Tao Tsuchiya who plays Setoka Tachibana as the lead of the movie. Tsuchiya previously starred as Princess Emerana Luludo Esmeralda in Ultraman Zero The Movie: Super Deciding Fight! The Belial Galactic Empire.

Ani ni Aisaresugite Komattemasu centers around Setoka, an unpopular, but romantic high school student, and her brother Haruka who is a delinquent, but cares very much for his sister. Suddenly, Serigawa comes back into her life and tries to closer to her again while she is being fawned over by many older men.

The film will open in Japan on June 30th and will also be getting a live-action television series debuting April 12th.
