Emu (Hiroki Iijima), who did not undergo the compatibility surgery to transform into Kamen Rider Ex-Aid, starts having doubts about his body. He demands the truth from Hiiro who can’t bring himself to tell him the Game disease is taking over his body.
Kuroto (Tetsuya Iwanaga) infects GENM Corporation employee Saku (Shouhei Uno) with the disease. Emu and Taiga (Ukyou Matsumoto) hear word of this and rush to where he is, not knowing it is all a trap by Kuroto. Emu and Taiga transform into Ex-Aid and Snipe to fight against GENM Level X.
