Publisher of Kamen Rider soundtracks and singles as well as many popular anime soundtracks and products places ban on international sales of their goods.
Online retailers such as CDJapan and Amazon have announced that Avex has implemented a ban on the international sales of all goods published by the Japanese entertainment label, Avex Group. This includes goods under all of Avex’s divisions including Avex Pictures, Avex Mode, and Avex Entertainment.
This directly affects the sales of Kamen Rider series soundtracks and singles, such as the recently published single “EXCITE” by Daichi Miura, the opening theme to Kamen Rider Ex-Aid.
The ban on international sales officially begins at 6:00 PM Japan Time on February 15th, 2017. All online retailers carrying Avex Group products have been ordered to comply with the ban.
As of this time, Avex Group has not released any official statement on the implementation of the international sales ban.

UPDATE [2/15/2017, 1:30 PM US-CST]
CDJapan has clarified both through their Weibo account, English website, and through e-mail contact with customers that Avex’s product ban has only affected products under the Avex Pictures label. Other branches of Avex Group are not affected, such as those under avex trax artist– which include Kamen Rider soundtracks and singles.
However, the Tokusatsu Network staff and other customers have attempted to make purchases of other Avex products outside of Avex Pictures through Amazon Japan, and Amazon appears to be blanket banning all Avex products.
Amazon Japan has not made any clarifying updates on the nature of their sales of Avex Group products.
As of this update, Avex Group still has not made an official statement regarding the export ban.
