Subaru Kimura to Voice Seiza Blaster
Voice actor, Subaru Kimura, will be providing the voice for the transformation device of Uchu Sentai Kyuranger, the Seiza Blaster.
The latest Super Sentai series, Uchu Sentai Kyuranger, is weeks away from its premiere and it has been recently announced that voice actor, Subaru Kimura, will provide the voice for the Kyuranger’s signature transformation device, the Seiza Blaster.
The word “seiza” translates to “constellation”. This transformation device allows the Kyurangers to transform into their hero suits and can also be used as a shooting weapon. Kimura displayed passion when he performed the special effects, his performance is described as impressive and fun.
Subaru Kimura is a German-Japanese voice actor known for his role as Takeshi Goda of the 2005 reboot of the classic Doraemon anime. Some of this other notable roles in the anime industry include Alan Adams of Gundam Build Fighters (2013), Ryoma Terasaka of Assassination Classroom (2015) anime, and joined as Daine Uhai for the second season of Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans, the current airing Mobile Suit Gundam series. In the tokusatsu industry, he recently provided the voice of the monster, Bowlingam, in episodes 19 and 20 of the Doubutsu Sentai Zyuohger series.
Kimura also provided the narration for the Uchu Sentai Kyuranger announcement video. The new Super Sentai series is set to premiere Sunday, February 12, 2017.
